CHROMDET/Analytical Instruments Ltd is a Russian company that was founded in 1990 for developing and manufacturing the equipment for air contamination monitoring.

Our production line includes portable gas analyzers, fixed point gas detection systems, gas generators. Our instruments are mainly based on the principle of photoionization detection that supplies reliable and accurate measurement of wide variety of dangerous air contaminants from low ppm level up to thousands ppm.

Long life time of CHROMDET photoionization lamps allows to produce photoionization fixed point gas detection systems for continuous monitoring of air contamination.

Patented ammonia generator is a unique instrument, which generates ammonia in air mixtures without using gas cylinder and can be used for field calibration of ammonia measuring instruments. The new version of ammonia generator is now preparing for manufacturing by CHROMDET in cooperation with USA company Advanced Calibration Design, Inc.

CHROMDET instruments are widely used for safety and industrial hygiene purposes in different branches of industry, including oil and gas, food etc in Russia.

CHROMDET also manufactures OEM products. We offer wide selection of photoionization VUV-lamps, non-radioactive ionization sources, photoionization detectors for GC and gas analyzers. Photoionization lamps CDL from CHROMDET show longevity up to 10,000 hours of continual operation. The new non-radioactive ionization source developed by CHROMDET is able to replace 63Ni in analytical equipment.
